How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. I offer both short and long-term counselling. This would be discussed during our first session together.

Where am I based?

I offer face-to-face counselling in a space on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. Free parking is available.

Availability?

I offer sessions on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. I tend to see individuals weekly or fortnightly and try to see you at the same time each session.
